It is often the least important aspects of an assignment which become genuine deciding factors as to whether to persevere with a decision. Factors such as finding parking in crowded city centres, timesheet completion and collection, tailoring of a remuneration structure, submitting tax returns, and even finding one’s way in complex corporate environments may render the most positive attitude surly after a while.
We assist wherever we can in these instances, providing secure parking bays at cost price wherever possible, collecting signed timesheets and facilitating signature where feasible, collaborating with you to structure your remuneration in a manner which meets your needs, introducing you to clients and colleagues on assignment, managing your annual tax returns and generally going the extra mile – a far cry from the ‘sink or swim’ philosophy applied by most contract houses!

Maintaining a close-knit team is exceptionally difficult when the team is geographically dispersed and has a dual allegiance to us and to the clients to which they are assigned.
We endeavour by means of regular social events, frequent site visits and newsletters to keep you in touch with us and each other, and to meet other professionals who one day may be able to assist you, or whom you may be able to assist.

It has been our privilege over the years to place many high calibre professionals based on the referral of other syncwize professionals, and we are continually on the lookout for the best talent, clients and opportunities in the market. Our philosophy of providing best quality and reasonable rates - and remaining relationship-rich in all our engagements - does constrain our ‘sales’ activities, so a continual flow of good referrals is always welcome.
We choose to reward such referrals upon the successful placement of a candidate referred, a vacancy filled, a new client opportunity opened up, or any combination of the above.
